No Cancellations or Refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel, accept returns, or issue refunds for any reason. Damaged or Wrong Items
While we take every effort to carefully pack and ship your items, mistakes or damages can occasionally occur. If your order arrives with wrong or missing products, or if an item is damaged, you must contact our support team via info@indiyumstore.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, you are required to provide:

Courier & Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels caused by shipping carriers. Once the package leaves our facility, the courier is liable for safe delivery.
Temperature & Weather Conditions
Certain products, especially snacks, are vulnerable to temperature and shipping conditions. When shipping to warm destinations (above 28°C / 82°F), it becomes difficult to guarantee that items will arrive in their original condition. Indiyum accepts no liability for weather-related damages.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including their colors and packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will show the exact color or appearance of the item.
